Our Founder
Founder & CEO
Kathy is an author, entrepreneur, educator, and advocate. A founder of government contracting firm The Reports & Requirements Company (R2C), which was acquired in 2017 by Buchanan & Edwards, she has first-hand experience in managing and developing talent for highly-specialized national security positions. From creating corporate training plans, to developing and delivering classroom and online training, to devising workforce development templates, to mentoring and coaching, Kathy’s experience has always been focused on building the best teams possible.
She has been through several different career incarnations—intelligence analyst, business owner, writer, university instructor— and has always believed that learning is the key to success.
Kathy is a graduate of the University of Alabama and The American University, resides in the Washington DC metropolitan area, is an avid theater goer, and not a bad cook.
